Delete Account Policy

At Zieltech Academy, we value your privacy and believe you should have full control over your personal information. This Delete Account Policy explains how you can delete your account, what happens to your data after deletion, and how we handle related requests in compliance with data protection regulations.

1. How to Delete Your Account

You can request the deletion of your Zieltech Academy account at any time through one of the following methods:

  • Through your account settings: Log in to your account → Go to Profile Settings → Account → Delete Account, and follow the instructions.
  • By contacting us: Send an email to info@zieltechacademy.com using your registered email address with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”

Once your request is received, we will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7–14 business days.

2. What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When your account is deleted:

  • All personal details (name, email, phone number, etc.) will be permanently removed from our systems.
  • Your course enrollments, progress, assignments, certificates, and learning records will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
  • Any community posts, comments, or reviews may remain visible but will be displayed as “Deleted User.”
  • You will lose access to all Zieltech Academy services, both free and paid.

⚠️ Note: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, we cannot recover your data or restore your account.

3. Data Retention Exceptions

Certain data may be retained for a limited period even after account deletion if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

  • Payment and transaction records (retained for the period required by tax and financial regulations).
  • Security and fraud prevention logs for maintaining system integrity.

All retained data is securely stored and deleted once it is no longer legally or operationally necessary.

4. Withdrawing a Deletion Request

If you change your mind after submitting an account deletion request, you can contact info@zieltechacademy.com within 3 business days to cancel the request — provided it hasn’t been processed yet.

5. How We Handle Your Data Securely

Zieltech Academy uses industry-standard security measures to ensure that all user data is protected during and after the deletion process. We permanently erase personal information from our servers and backups using secure data removal protocols.
